Last leg of the journey, arrived safely in SF, lovely hotel room within a good area. Wandered down to the front to view Alcatraz and Golden Gate Bridge. Still can't quite believe we are now seeing these things we have read about and seen on tv for years.

Obviously it only took us a while to find a beer, found pier 39 but never been in a place so windy. Not just windy but cold windy. What's wrong with this place it's California 😳

Visited Ghirardelli square, quite bizarre, a square dedicated to a chocolate company. That said their chocolate is really good. Also found a brewing company on their grounds where beer, wine and food was really good.
