No long journey planned today, we had all day to explore, so what did we do? We went for a drive 🙄

It gave us chance to drive the Big Sur and it was definitely worth doing. The coastline is spectacular and no apologies for all the pics taken.

Todays song - Sitting on the dock of the bay.

A drive into Carmel but no sign of Clint. A really beautiful town with lots of expensive shops and property.

On then to Pebble Beach, what a place. You have to pay just to enter the area for the 17 mile drive. There are several golf courses on the property with the jewel in the crown being Pebble Beach itself.

We enjoyed lunch on the terrace overlooking the 18th green. The food was excellent, steak for me and lobster for Net, only beaten by the view and the company.

Following lunch a visit down to the 18th green, this being the closest I will ever get to it.
